Midway between Austin and Houston, Wellspring Retreat and Bed & Breakfast is located in Round Top, Texas, 1830’s German settlement.  At the last census, the population numbered 77.  Time moves slowly and gently here.  There is no hustle of the big city life which makes this a distinctive retreat. 

The Main House, the “Art Barn” and a turn of the century Railroad Depot are clustered among lovely gardens, a walking path and pond. The retreat is secluded from but within walking distance of Round Top Square.  There is a room capacity for 18.

You will find Wellspring a beautiful setting for Staff Planning Retreats, Weddings, Group Getaways, and the Artbarn Studio is beautifully equipped for Scrapbooking and Quilting Enthusiasts.  The staff is experienced and able to accommodate specific requests.
